Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

 

We strive to ensure a positive buying experience at Yella Terra P/L.

 

If you are not satisfied with your product(s) we will consider any instances for returns within 14-days of purchase, or a reasonable time period for a refund or exchange*, or if the reason for the return is consistent with your 12-month manufacturers warranty.

 

RETURN AUTHORITY

You must contact our support team to request a Return Authority before returning product. We will not accept returns of products that do not have a Return Authority.

You can obtain a Return Authority in the event that you're not satisfied with your purchase or service we have provided, at:

Once you have a Return Authority, please return any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods in the original packaging.

 

Please note that any returns received unsolicited will be returned to customer at their cost.

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURE

Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip that accompanied your order.

All authorised returns must be returned freight prepaid by customer.

The invoice and packing slip also provide an area where you can indicate why you are returning any goods. If you are unable to provide a copy of the invoice or packing slip, include a note containing your name, address, order number, contact phone number, and reason for return.

You will be notified by email when your return is received. If the item was returned for a warranty inspection, we will evaluate the case and arrange to have your product tested, replaced or exchanged as required. We will repair or replace damaged goods when possible; otherwise we will issue a full refund for the value of the damaged item(s).

 

EXCLUSIONS

Roller Rockers & Flywheels

  • Items returned undamaged within 14 days a $30.00 restocking fee will apply
  • Items returned undamaged within 15-30 days a $30.00 or 10% of the item price-restocking fee will apply, whichever is the greatest
  • Items returned undamaged within 31-60 days a $30.00 or 15% of the item price-restocking fee will apply, whichever is the greatest
  • Any damaged stock including damaged packaging will be charged to the customer accordingly at the discretion of Yella Terra P/L product managers

 

*Items returned after-60 days can not be refunded*

*All Buy In or Special Order Items are strictly Non-Refundable*

*All Air induction/Supercharger Systems/Cylinder Heads are strictly Non-Refundable *

*We cannot accept returns for “change of mind” reasons

*We cannot accept returns for items that have been misused or purchased for use with incompatible products*

 

Please refer to our manufacturer’s warranty. If you have a problem with your product within the warranty period, we will assist with further details for repair/replacement.
